What we store
When you claim a licence, we store your e-mail address, the licence code, the licence ID and the time the code was issued. To prevent abuse we also store a one-way hashed value of your IP address and the time, so we can limit the number of codes per network per day. The IP address itself is not stored.
Purpose and legal basis
The data is used to deliver the licence, help you if you lose your code, and prevent abuse. The legal basis is the licence agreement (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
Where the data is stored
The data is stored in a Supabase database (via Lovable Cloud), hosted on Amazon Web Services in the eu-west-1 region (Ireland, EU).
How long
The data is kept for as long as the licence is valid, or until you ask us to delete it.
Sharing
The data is not sold or shared with anyone. We do not send newsletters.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct and delete your data. E-mail post@rocketspace.no. You may also complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet, datatilsynet.no).
Cookies and statistics
The website uses no tracking or marketing cookies and no third-party analytics tools. Your language choice is stored locally in your browser (localStorage). Administrator sign-in is stored locally in the browser for the administrator only. The hosting provider records anonymous, aggregated visit statistics (such as page views) without cookies and without identifying you.
